What is a domain name?

A domain name is a unique address on the Internet. The Domain Name System (DNS) translates your domain name into the numerical IP (Internet Protocol) addresses used by the Internet. A domain name can be used as a web address for webpages and will be part of your email address. There are many different types of domain extensions such as .COM, .NET, and .CA to name a few. An example of a domain name would be google.ca.

After looking at other companies, shopping cart for my little site was very high in cost, do you have a shopping carts and other eCommerce solutions avalaible?

What if I want to change something last minute??

No problem. We offer many different hosting packages and solutions. Our CMS framework allows clients administrative rights, allowing you to edit your website anywhere you have an internet connection. So, if you sleeping and suddenly wake up "I forgot to add this user and change the contact info for my new location", simply login and make the changes.

Do you offer Hosting?

Yes. We have been hosting our own sites since our inception in 2001. Providing hosting to our customers allows for a one stop solution and hassel free maintanence and support. Our hosting packages a customized for each client and can be adjusted at any time to accomodate current and future needs.

How much will my site cost?

We start all of our sites from a base price. Many variables are taken in the pricing of a site. Each site is talored to meet the needs of the client. Contact us at anytime to discuss your needs and provide a detailed quote to meet your needs and budget.

What is the turn around time for my site, after I have provided you with all the material?

Once the domain has been successfully registered and pointing to our servers, an under construction page and email can be up and running within approximately 48 hours. Depending on amount of material recieved and special features such as shopping carts, custom programming and design, most sites can be up and running within 15-30 business days.
